SHARON CARRIAGE HOUSE

When the owners of a 1920's house in Sharon, CT came to us for the second phase of a project we did several years ago, they had a novel idea. Rather than follow the vernacular of the existing traditional house for their new guest house, they wanted to go in a very modern direction. There were a number of requirements for the building, including garage space, private outdoor space and the ability to open the living space up to the outdoors. Every aspect of this new structure was custom built to create a seamless, uncluttered environment.
